[1] homophone คำที่ออกเสียงเหมือน – แต่ความหมายต่าง(และ/หรือ สะกดต่าง)
[2] homograph คำที่สะกดเหมือน – แต่ความหมายต่าง
[3] homonym คำที่ออกเสียงเหมือน-หรือ - สะกดเหมือน – แต่ความหมายต่าง

อ่านดูแล้วก็น่าปวดหัว ท่านศึกษาเอาเองแล้วกันครับ
